These terms apply to your use of the Justice League Tax Services website and services, a DBA of M.C. Enterprise Group, LLC, Jacksonville, Florida. By using our website or submitting a form, you agree to them.
Services
We provide tax preparation, e-filing, and Florida notary services. Fees are quoted before work begins. Submitting a form or booking an appointment does not by itself create a client agreement; services begin once we confirm them with you.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide complete and accurate information and documents. You are responsible for the accuracy of your return, which we prepare from the information you give us. We cannot guarantee any refund amount or timing.
SMS terms
Program: Justice League Tax Services text messages (appointments, document requests, return status updates, and customer care).
By checking the consent box on our forms, you agree to receive text messages at the mobile number you provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel at any time; after you reply STOP we will send one confirmation and no further messages unless you opt in again.
