- Tax preparation information you choose to submit through our secure intake form or client portal, such as income documents, dependents, and identification needed to prepare your return.

How we use your information
We use your information to prepare and file your tax return, schedule appointments, request missing documents, send return status updates, answer your questions, provide notary services, and meet legal and professional requirements. Federal law (IRC §7216) limits how tax return preparers may use and disclose return information, and we follow it. We do not use your tax return information for marketing.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you agree to receive text messages, we send appointment confirmations and reminders, document requests, tax return status updates, and replies to your questions. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any service.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business (for example, our tax software, e-file transmission, secure document storage, and messaging platform), with the IRS and state tax agencies as needed to file your return, and where required by law. These providers may use your information only to perform services for us.
Security and retention
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. We keep tax records for the period required by IRS rules and then securely dispose of them.
Your choices
You may opt out of texts by replying STOP, opt out of emails using the unsubscribe link, and ask to access or correct your information by contacting us. Some tax records must be kept by law and cannot be deleted on request.
Children
Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. Dependent information is collected only from the taxpayer for return preparation.
